Law on ratification of the agreement on economic and technical cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the People's Republic of China

Based on what passed the House of Representatives and approved by the President of the Republic and according to the provisions of subsection (I) of Article (61) and item (iii) of Article (73) of the Constitution
Issued the following law:

Law
Ratify the Convention on Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the People's Republic of China

Article 1 ratified the Convention on Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the People's Republic of China signed in Baghdad on 18/1/2011.
Article 2 This law shall be the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Reasons
For the purpose of further development of the friendly relations and ratify the Convention on Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the People's Republic of China.
