Christian component in Iraq confirmed that there is monopolization of power by the Governor and discrimination on the basis of cultural identity and racism and sectarianism, stressing the need for enactment of the guarantee of non-discrimination among Iraqis. He said the Rafidain UNAM block we Agency (UR) "article 114 of the Constitution of Iraq II and article 125 first focus on ensuring rights, article 114 II that the Iraqis are equal before the law and in fact there is no equal there are provoked by the ruling authority and discrimination on grounds of racial and ethnic and cultural".
