Council of Ministers approved in its session today on the draft budget for 2013, which amounted to 138 trillion dinars.



The statement said government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said he was calculate the price of $ 90 for a barrel of oil exported and the amount of 9.2 million barrels per day, of which 250 thousand barrels per day from the Kurdistan region.

He added that the Council also decided to exempt citizens of the amount of interest on loans granted to them by the Land Bank and the Agricultural Bank and the Housing Fund, and continue to grant such loans.

At its Cabinet approved draft budget 2013 amounting to 138 trillion dinars.



According to a statement by Government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh that calculate the price of 90 dollars a barrel source and amount of 2.9 million barrels per day, of which 250,000 bpd from Kurdistan.

Question I think I am missing something here it only says total in dinars but leaves out U.S.D. total. SO how is this good for us as it is higher than last year?
