{Diyala: Euphrates News} A source at the municipal council Mandali district east of Diyala province opened a new border port with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The source said the Euphrates News Agency {} Wednesday that "the Presidency of the Council of Ministers approved the opening of a new border port with Iran to revive the economy in the country and the province and the elimination of unemployment."
He said the new port will be a great success and because of its proximity to the capital Baghdad and the second port in the province after border Munthareya.
Iraq has the border ports with neighboring countries operate around the clock and to generate substantial revenues by facilitating the entry of visitors to the holy shrines and tourist and Albesaúa. Ended 32
