Moscow promised to reward after a huge arms deal signed by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki during his visit to Russia last week, is working to remove Iraq from Chapter VII.
He media adviser to Prime Minister Ali al-Musawi for government promises Russian to remove Iraq from Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations: "The visit of Prime Minister recent visit to Russia yielded positive results, including getting promises from Russian officials on the supportive attitude to exit Iraq from Chapter VII," referring to understand the Russian side of the right of Iraq to get rid of international sanctions as a result of the fulfillment of its obligations.

Search and Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, in a meeting with the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Russia approved the Iraq Ilya Murgunov political and diplomatic agreements that have been signed between the two countries.
The ministry said in a statement, "that" the two sides reviewed the good results of the recent visit of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and his accompanying delegation to Russia, as well as political and diplomatic agreements that have been signed by the foreign ministers of the two countries.
