National Investment Commission: lack of foreign investment due to the unstable security situation

Baghdad (news) .. Return the national investment adviser Zuhair al-Hassani, lack of foreign investment in central and southern Iraq to the unstable security factor and not for investment laws.
Hassani said (of the Agency news) on Sunday: that all investment laws are good and encouraging foreign investment but obstructionist only for the arrival of the foreign investor is a factor the unstable security situation in central and southern Iraq, adding that some foreign investors are serious about challenging the security situation and will have large projects in Iraq is an example of that project residential بسماية.
He added: Investment Law No. (13 of 2006) law guarantees the right of the foreign investor in Iraq and protect capital from loss, noting that the year (2013) will build the largest service projects in Basra and Baghdad by foreign investors.
