Baghdad / NINA /-- MP for Iraqiya Slate ,Atab Doori said “ President Jalal Talabani and Kurdistan regional president Massoud Barzani insist on applying the terms of Erbil agreement literally.

In a statement to NINA today She said : "A delegation from IS headed by Iyad Allawi, discussed with Talabani yesterday appropriate means to implement the agreement’s provisions , before first the formation of, the Supreme National Council for strategic policies."

Doori went on saying , "The agreement will be implemented as promised President Jalal Talabani and the SNCSP will be an executive board according to Erbil’s agreement , stressing that Allawi's recent visit to Arbil, and meeting with Massoud Barzani, came at the request of President Jalal Talabani for the purpose of completing discussion with Barzani as a sponsor of Erbil’s agreement to determine the mechanism of the agreements implement ". / End

Isn't it amazing they keep saying it Will be implemented, but they just talk..instead of implementing the damn thing.. that's all these people do..
