The head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Ammar al-Hakim criticized during his speech at the Cultural Forum on Wednesday demanding the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to wait to pass a law Basra, capital of Iraq's economic in the House, calling for passage of a law rehabilitating Maysan and other laws called by block citizen in the House of Representatives and that provide direct service to citizens.
