{Baghdad: Euphrates News} regarded legal expert Tareq Harb warnings and the U.S. State Department for its oil companies operating in the Kurdistan region as more than all the previous warnings.

He said the war in a press statement received by the Euphrates News Agency {} copy today that "the warning issued by the U.S. State Department to oil companies operating in the province Cardstnan although it does not include prevent these companies from working in the province because of this ministry familiar Bsulttadtha and powers towards these companies and do not include the authority and power to prevent these companies, but the "U.S. warning signal to the legal difficulties over all kinds of warnings security Kalthazirat and political traditionally U.S. State Department on Asaddaraha in such cases."

And that "security and political difficulties and others can be overcome and end but the legal difficulties mentioned by U.S. State Department statement means that the work of U.S. oil companies and other companies in the region violates the Iraqi constitution."

He explained the war that "the term legal contained in the statement the U.S. means in jurisprudence U.S. Constitution and the law and not the law alone just this quote accurate and deep for the federal government in Baghdad and the Kurdistan region and American oil companies and non-US operating in the region."

The United States has called for U.S. oil companies affiliate in Iraq to deal with the Iraqi government exclusively and do not sign contracts directly with the Kurdistan region, as did the two companies Exxon Mobil, Chevron Alamirkatan, the French company Total, but Kurdistan denied the existence of such a warning .. ended
