Baghdad (news) .. ended the House of Representatives in the fifteenth meeting, held under the chairmanship of Osama al-Chairman of the Board of Representatives and the presence of 170 deputies, on Sunday, the first reading and the second of seven proposals and draft laws, then decided to adjourn the meeting until tomorrow, Monday.
A statement of the Council has received the Agency (news) a copy of it on Sunday: that the Presidency has decided to postpone the vote on draft legal Federal Supreme Court and the Supreme Judicial Council and providers of the Legal Committee to the meeting tomorrow.

The statement added that after the Council ended the first reading of the proposed law the Second Amendment of the Law University Service No. (23) for the year 2008 and submitted by the Commission on Higher Education in appreciation of the efforts of scientific personnel of Iraq and to encourage scientific research and find a base of solid scientific, and provide opportunities to support the bracket members of the Authority Staff of the campaign titles of scientific and attract and address the issue of retirement.

The statement continued: The Council has completed the second reading of the draft law on ratification of the agreement on establishing a free trade zone between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and submitted by the Committees on Foreign Relations and the economy and investment.

Interventions in the House of Representatives Deputy Bayazid Hassan pointed to the importance of the Convention because of its role in activating and developing the relations between the two countries.

He called Haji Mahdi to: attach the agreements concluded with the texts of draft laws to be voted on adding support for the Convention because of their importance.

The MP Abbas al-Bayati, on: the importance of activating the agreements with Jordan Alambrmma with the knowledge of opportunities to take advantage of the conclusion of this agreement.

She MP unit Jumaili to: that the establishment of a free zone between Iraq and Jordan, is an important step for the development of relations between the two countries so as to attract investments and called for activating the role of the Central Agency for Standardization and Quality Control for the control of what is being imported.

And MP Ibrahim al-Mutlaq: the agreement is very important for the development and revitalization of the economic reality and contribute to promoting trade between Iraq and Jordan.

The statement said that the council ended the second reading of the ratification of the Arab Convention for the transfer of guests penal and correctional institutions in the implementation of penal provisions and submitted by the Committees on Foreign Relations, legal, and financial integrity, service and construction.

The statement added that the Council completed the second reading of the ratification of the Arab Convention for the fight against organized crime across national borders and submitted by the Committees on Foreign Relations, legal, and financial integrity, service and construction.
