The Central Bank of the project to delete the zeros need to be concerted efforts by the government and parliament.
وقال نائب محافظ البنك المركزي مظهر محمد صالح في تصريح صحفي ان عملية حذف الاصفار مشروع متكامل بالنسبة للبنية التحتية وتهيئة مكتملة باسسها ومفاهيمها "..مشيرا الى :"ان المشروع يختلف عن اصدار فئة جديدة من العملة ، و يترتب عليه اشياء اخرى اضافة الى حذف الاصفار منها حذف ثلاثة مراتب حسابية من حسابات جمهورية العراق تبدا من ميزانية العائلة وتنتهي بالموازنة العامة للدولة ". وتابع صالح :" ان البنك المركزي اقترح ان تلتئم لجنة ذات قرار من مجلس النواب والحكومة العراقية والبنك المركزي ، وتقرر تاريخ البدء بحذف الاصفار . كما ان المشروع ينطوي على منطق علمي اقتصادي وكل المعنيين في الحكومة يؤيدون هذا المشروع ولايوجد احد ضده " . Saleh continued: "The central bank suggested that the heal of the Commission of a decision of the House of Representatives and the Iraqi government and the Central Bank, decide the start date by deleting the zeroes. Also said the project involves the logic of scientific economic and all those concerned in the government's support of this project and there was no one against him."
وكان البنك المركزي العراقي أعلن في (29 أيلول 2011) أن العام 2013 سيشهد حذف الأصفار وتبديل العملة مشيرا إلى أن العملة الحالية شكلت كتلة نقدية كبيرة تقدر بـ30 تريليون دينار ./انتهى5 The Central Bank of Iraq announced (29 September 2011) that the year 2013 will see the deletion of zeros and currency exchange rates, pointing out that the current formed a cluster of large cash estimated at 30 trillion dinars. / End 5
