Talabani and Hakim emphasize the importance of joint work between the Kurdish forces and the Supreme Council

Said President Jalal Talabani, President of the Supreme Islamic Iraqi Ammar al-Hakim in a meeting between the two today in the Sulaymaniyah "the importance of joint work between the political forces, especially between the Kurdish forces in general and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) in particular and the Islamic Supreme Council."

The statement said that in another aspect of the meeting, discussed the situation in Iraq on all the fields, where it was emphasized the importance of joint work between the political forces, especially between the Kurdish forces in general and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) in particular and the Islamic Supreme Council, which are linked by a coalition strong relationships dating back to the days of struggle against dictatorship.
