Baghdad (AIN) –The President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, and the head of the Iraqiya Slate, Ayad Allawi, discussed the latest updates of the political process.
Presidential source of KR stated in a press statement "Barzani met Allawi in Erbil and both sides discussed the political process and agreed on settling all the disputes according to the national partnership and the constitution."
"During the meeting, Allawi discussed the purpose of his visit to Turkey," the source added.
The leader of the IS Ayad Allawi has arrived in Turkey on last Monday in a two day visit to meet the Turkish President Gul, Foreign Minister Uglo and the Premier Erdogan.
Allawi’s visit to Turkey has preceded holding the Arab Summit which will witness absence of Turkey and Iran when Iraq refused to invite both countries to attend it. /End/
