Kurdistan Alliance: surprised by Maliki's comments on decentralization as one of those who participated in the writing of the Constitution

Kurdistan Alliance said that the federal and decentralized constitutional right must be respected has been guaranteed by the Constitution in Article [122] and in other materials. "
He said the Attorney Farhad Atrushi told all of Iraq [where] Monday, "I am surprised at the statements of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on decentralization as a member of the committee writing the constitution, if the decentralization lead to secession, why and approved by the al-Maliki at the time and why before the Federal Constitution."
He added that "these statements is flawed and unacceptable because the Constitution speaks of decentralization and federalism, and find the reasons and justifications to evade federal or decentralized system is run away from commitment to the Constitution which is very dangerous," as he described.
And wondered Atrushi for "whichever is the most serious federal or decentralized?", but he also said "the federal course .. but we are in Iraq, spent nine years in a federal system did not lead to separation, and Iraq remains a unified and one state representative at the United Nations with one voice."
Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said during a conference of decentralization in Iraq held by the Ministry of State for Provincial Affairs today and in the presence of a number of ministers, governors and heads of provincial councils, experts, researchers and professionals that "the system of decentralization may lead to a sense of separation, especially if there is a diversity of national, sectarian and otherwise . ended 2
