Shwani: Legal Committee will examine the project's administrative demarcation of the border provinces

MP for the Kurdistan Alliance bloc Khalid Shwani access bill redrawing the administrative boundaries of the provinces and presented by His Excellency President Jalal Talabani to the House of Representatives.
He Shwani in a statement to PUKmedia: that the bill was referred to the Committees legal and provinces in the House for consideration, stressing that the Legal Committee will consider the bill in the coming days for the purpose agreed upon and Adarjh on the agenda of the House of Representatives to initiate proceedings of its own legislation.
He pointed out that Huani Legal Counsel in the House of Representatives has described this Baldsturi law, and stressed that the right of the President to this bill to the House of Representatives, on the basis of Article (61) of the Constitution to address the administrative problems of the provinces.
