Maliki calls Canadian companies to develop bilateral relations

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Iraqi Premier Nouri al-Maliki called on Canadian companies to increase their presence in Iraq and develop their relations in actual facts.
In a statement by Premier's office, Maliki met the Canadian ambassador Mark Kozdki and discussed bilateral relations.
Premier Maliki called upon the Canadian companies to benefit from Iraqi expertise living in Canada to work in Iraq.
The statement said that the Canadian ambassador expresses the desire of his country to develop its relations with Iraq.
He expressed hopes to reopen its embassy in Baghdad as soon as possible, and wished success to the coming Arab Summit due to be held in Baghdad.
