Baghdad (AIN) -The Political Bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan PUK held a meeting attended by its General Secretary Jalal Talabani to discuss the political situation in Iraq, and the efforts to resolving the current political crisis.
According to PUK website, "the meeting discussed the obstacles that face solving this crisis and how to address it."
it added "The political bureau stressed the need to continue the efforts and support for the upcoming conference called by President Jalal Talabani," describing the conference as "An appropriate chance to intensify all efforts and direct them towards solve the crises."
The meeting also addressed the recent changes in the region and its implications and reflections on the situation in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. /End/
