Baghdad (NINA) - Prime Minister Nouri Al Maliki stressed the need to resolve the Arab issues inside the Arab house.
A statement issued by Maliki's office said a phone call took place today between Maliki and the Arab League Secretary General, Nabeel Al Arabi. Maliki confirmed his support for the AL’s efforts aiming at resolving the Arab issues inside the Arab house.
For his part, Al Arabi welcomed a more active Iraqi role in face up to the challenges facing the Arab arena, according to the statement. /End/
