Barzani calls for a national conference to urgently overcome the risk of political crisis in the country

The head of the Kurdistan region Masoud Barzani, to hold a national conference urgently to avoid the political process of collapse and expose the country to no consequences. Barzani said in a press statement that what happened yesterday in Baghdad airport, is a matter of serious concern, as it was dealing with the Vice-President of the Republic Khudair Khuzai and Tariq al-Hashemi and Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq and Finance Minister Rafie al-Issawi and irresponsible way to this board where it was prevent them from traveling for several hours, and this is never acceptable. "
He added: "The protection of security and stability in the country is everyone's responsibility and must cooperate in order to prevent the occurrence of any security vacuum after the withdrawal of U.S. forces, and may not be careless with terrorism, stressing the need not to politicize the security side, or exploited for other purposes, but should be left to the judiciary to decide it and issue a ruling. "
Barzani expressed his regret for the conduct of a crisis situation, indicating that the strong partnership in governance, are threatened. Barzani appealed to all the forces to the shelling, tolerance and review of the hard-line positions and return to the agreements on which Mpadrt launched in Arbil last year and on top of these foundations of the partnership. "
He said after consultation with President Jalal Talabani, to call a national conference urgently to avoid the collapse of the political process and expose the country to no consequences.
