BAGHDAD / With: Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, a joint press conference with his U.S. counterpart Barack Obama on Monday, and confirmed the presidents of Iraq and the U.S. to continue the relationship and mutual respect after the U.S. withdrawal end of the month.

Maliki, who is currently visiting the United States that: "Relations between the two sides will not end with the withdrawal of the last U.S. troops and Iraq needs political support."
He added that the "strategic framework agreement for the benefit of Iraq, as the benefit of the United States," explaining that he "discussed with U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden in Iraq to activate the strategic framework agreement, as well as discussed with his American counterpart Barack Obama in Washington."
