National News Center/Baghdad

The deputy of the resigned chest bloc, Ghayb Al -Omairi, expressed today, Sunday, that

he was surprised by the delay in issuing the arrest warrant against the leader of the Law coalition, Nuri al -Maliki, so far after the audio leaks attributed to him. Al -Omairi said in his blog, followed by the national news center,:

“Article 195 stipulates penalties: life imprisonment is punished by the targeting of provoking a civil war or sectarian fighting by arming citizens or by carrying them to arm themselves against others or by urging the fighting.” He explained,

"The penalty shall be the death penalty if what was targeted by the perpetrator (classification of this crime is a felony).

-If it aims to stir a civil war by arming citizens or carrying them to armament or urge fighting.

-If it aims to raise sectarian fighting by arming citizens or by carrying them to arm themselves against each other or urging the fighting.
    Indicating,

"Its penalty shall be death if what is targeted by the perpetrator is fulfilled, and

therefore the crime exists once the permission and the call to fight and arm the citizens against each other." Al -Omairi added,

"What Al -Maliki mentioned in the leaks is sufficient to advance criminal responsibility according to Article 195," noting that

"we do not want more than achieve justice and the application of the law truly those who targeted a civil war and fighting between the people of one country and arming people to kill each other." Al -Omairi continued that

"what the aforementioned stated collects all that was addressed by the punitive article above, and

we are surprised by the delay in issuing the arrest warrant against him so far in the crime of its penalty that reaches life imprisonment and death."
