Al-Kazemi's advisor: Iraq is moving towards rebuilding its peaceful and civil technological

foundations    Sweetened
   Today, 21:03
Baghdad - INA - Nassar Al-Hajj

, the financial advisor to the Prime Minister, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, confirmed today, Friday, that Iraq is moving towards rebuilding its peaceful and civil technological foundations, while noting that the

restructuring of the Iraqi Academy of Sciences has become necessary to collect Iraqi expertise and competencies within the country.

Saleh told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Iraq is moving towards rebuilding its peaceful and civil technological foundations and gathering experiences from researchers, scholars and scientists in a manner consistent with civil life and scientific and technological progress in the world."

He added, "The features of the transformation began with restoring the institutional life of ministries such as science, technology, environment and the Military Industries Authority and rebuilding research and development centers in important sectoral ministries such as industry, agriculture, oil and others."

He pointed out that "the re-formation of the Iraqi Academy of Sciences again, and I mean by it the Ministry of Science and Technology, or under any other appropriate name, has become a necessity and considered the starting point for gathering Iraqi expertise and competencies inside the country, and

at the same time represents an extension of the Iraqi expertise working in the field of technological development expatriate abroad, as well as About communicating with research and development centers in the world, which requires reformulating a modern institutional description of the technological renaissance in Iraq, and this is what I inevitably expect.
