Baghdad / NINA / - The financial advisor to the Prime Minister, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, confirmed that the establishment of a budget stabilization fund is important to face the international fluctuations in the oil market.
He told the National Iraqi News Agency ( NINA ) that establishing a budget stabilization fund that addresses external shocks that are exposed to fluctuations and surprises in the oil markets is important in order to sustain spending on investment projects approved in the state's investment budget without interruption.
He explained that this matter, if done, would enhance the efficiency index of foreign currency reserves, which are the supportive cover for economic stability and confronting inflationary activities. /End 3
