Othman al-Maliki discussed Iraq out of Chapter VII during his visit to Washington

Baghdad - and babysit - the Kurdistan Alliance MP Mahmoud Othman said that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki will discuss in his upcoming visit to Washington out of Iraq from Chapter VII and the issue of the American withdrawal from the country.
Osman, told the news agency of public opinion (and babysit) said: "if Iraq did not come out of Chapter VII would not have achieved sovereignty and withdrawal Alomirkimn the country does not achieve its full sovereignty." Othman called on the Prime Minister to consult all the political blocs on the issues to be discussed before going to Washington.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abawi had discussed with a delegation from the U.S. embassy in Baghdad under the chairmanship of Minister Plenipotentiary at the Embassy Douglas Silliman visit, which is decided by the Prime Minister, Mr. Nuri al-Maliki to the United States next week.

According to a ministry statement received (and babysit) a copy of it on Wednesday the two sides discussed the prospects that open yet this visit to the growth and development of relations between the two countries and bilateral and regional issues to be discussed with the U.S. side, particularly the ways of building relations between the two countries after the U.S. withdrawal and activating joint cooperation in various fields in the light of the strategic partnership agreement signed between the two countries. The statement said the two sides also discussed a number of issues of bilateral and regional issues of common concern. Q, Q
