Khalil said the reporter and the news agency the future (and) said: "Iraq is still under Chapter VII and that the politicians can resort to the international side, if intensified their differences about the constitution has been unable to resolve the Federal Court," adding at the same time as "not in the interest of all Iraqis to be internationalization issues and controversies in Iraq now. " Khalil stressed the need "to be done to resolve differences internally about the terms of the Constitution regarding the disputed areas, as well as requests for the establishment of provinces."
