He continued in saying: through it can convert these people from consumers to producers through the members of the agreement with the private sector and state institutions to be put in work projects or state projects of small and medium-sized private sector.
The expert said that the economic ration card in Iraq passed Paschkagliat and continuing failures of the year after (2003) and so far the federal government is still unable to deliver the required quantities and qualities of the citizens.
