Into the First Deputy Governor of Baghdad, Dr. Mohamed Hamza-Shammari told the "morning" on the sidelines of the conference that many of the civilian sites which side was the American-occupied will take over the local government in Baghdad which will be reflected on projects stalled by the need of land, as it will exploit this territories to implement a number of service projects in various sectors.
