Maliki of Iraq: No options were either to third-Obeidi, al-Dulaimi, or to take the defense portfolio
Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said Iraqi coalition options to only two with respect to the nomination to fill the defense portfolio in his government and the two-Obeidi, or al-Dulaimi .
