Deputy called for Muthanna province, the government and the House of Representatives to increase allocations for reconstruction in the province's budget in 2016.
Adnan al-Asadi said in a statement received by the agency all of Iraq [where] a copy of it, that "the province need assistance in its budget and that of the large poverty rate due to the lack of the province, both from the petro-dollar or border crossings local Awalanteg and lack of agricultural water availability of resources or for grazing and animal husbandry ".
He added that "all of this invites us to demand from the government and the House of Representatives to increase the construction budget to maintain and drawers federal ministries projects in the province to move the economic wheel to maintain that previous budgets neglected this province because the budget allocated to the proportion of the provincial population and Muthanna are less conservative in terms of population but it has a vast area where it's the second largest province in Iraq in terms of area and this must be taken into account when the budget allocation to the provinces. "
He said al-Asadi "as the lack of water to maintain the hyphen not enough to drink, let alone for agriculture and animal husbandry, which reflected this negatively heavily on the standard of living in the province and the unemployment rate increased dramatically, and also the poverty rate."
He stressed "the need to delete Article 30 of the federal budget, which is forcing the public sector procurement of public sector companies and put 25% on prices that encourage large-scale corruption and allows civil participating companies with public sector companies in the supply of goods to the ministries and institutions under the pretext of it produced by the Ministry of Industry companies and trade, which affect the private industry and importers to private companies and encourage corruption in state institutions. "
Asadi also demanded "the government to quickly conduct the census and statistics in order to be the budget allocated to the provinces and the region in a just and genuine not my guess As in previous years," and called for "increasing the popular crowd and security services budget to their honorable positions in defense of the homeland and to condemn the battle and victory momentum" .finish
