Detection and documents issued by the Iraqi Ministry of Defense, for armored cars that recently arrived at the port of Umm Qasr on the officials and military commanders distribution plan.
According to an informed source in the ministry's Sumer News, that "these documents came after what the Iraqi government to circumvent the law by changing the interface receipt of those cars on behalf of the Ministry of Defense."
The source added that "the goal of changing the name of the receiving interface, is to deflect suspicion about the corruption of the government."
"The purchase of these cars came in conjunction with the procedures followed by the Iraqi government of austerity because of the lack of adequate budget for the country," and wondered "Where reforms Abadi and operations of austerity pursued by without paying attention to himself and his entourage, and whether the time is right to buy such cars that link value of which 140 000 per dollar. "
