During his visit, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research ... President al-Jubouri calls to support the displaced students and facilitating re-hosting and infrastructure for universities affected by terrorism

He visited Parliament Speaker Dr. Salim al-Jubouri, on Sunday, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, accompanied by the president and members of the Parliamentary Committee on Education, during which he met the Minister of Higher Education Dr. Hussein al-Shahristani. During the meeting, they discuss the progress of the educational process in the country, and the mechanism of coordination between the Ministry and the Committee of the parliamentary education by devoting efforts in the interest of the education sector, and addressing its problems through crystallize ideas that will improve the reality of education in Iraq. President al-Jubouri and stressed the importance of supporting the displaced students and the creation of appropriate educational conditions and to facilitate the hosting colleges in the corresponding process, also stressed the importance of expediting re-infrastructure of the universities in the affected areas liberated from the terrorist organization Daash.
Also discussed the sovereignty scholarship students out of the country file, calling for the need to overcome all obstacles that hinder scientific way, praising at the same time the effort of the Ministry of Education in the face of great challenges encountered in their work, underlined the keenness of the House of Representatives to sustain communication with the ministry to reach the desired results .
For his part, thanked the Minister of Higher Education and Chairman of the House of Representatives and his accompanying delegation on the visit, noting that constant communication between the ministry and the Committee of the parliamentary education led to positive results will contribute to raising the level of education in the country's universities.
