The Finance Committee is to accept the challenge the government budget law is incorrect and dangerous precedent

Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: counting the Finance Committee member, on Tuesday, the Federal Court to accept the appeal submitted by the government in the budget law is incorrect and dangerous precedent. Said Jabbar Abdul Khaliq for "tomorrow Press," that "the Finance Committee in particular and Parliament in general has the right to express his opinion in the budget law, also it has the right to carry and reduction in order to have the Legislative Council imprint clear to serve the people." He added that "what has been affixed by the Finance Committee on the Law of the budget was aimed at economic reform," noting that "the acceptance of the Court appeal submitted by the government additions to our committee is not true."
He said Abdul Khaliq "surprised the court decisions, especially with regard to it is authorized to transfer the legal right of committees of the Parliament, because of the work of our committee to follow up the budget and conduct transfers between the doors," returned "the decision is incorrect and dangerous precedent."
Abdul-Khaliq said that "the court's decision is not
irrevocable and will not retreat Jtna ah discuss it."
The Federal Supreme Court ruled, on Monday, the unconstitutionality of some of the federal budget for the current year materials, while confirming that the legislation was contrary to the constitution, the fact that these materials were not present in the original sender of the project from the government to the parliament.
