Basra signed an agreement strengthening governance in Iraq as part of the project (progress)
The local government took place in the province of Basra today strengthening governance in Iraq agreement within the project called (served) and funded by the US Agency for International Development and private rehabilitation and development of the state departments staff capacity in preparation for the transfer of powers of the eight central ministries to local governments, and be applied in accordance with the law of 21 average for the year 2013 in the month of August next.
