Said a member of the parliamentary legal committee Salim Chawki, Thursday, that the committee would meet in the first of next July to discuss the draft of the amnesty law for presentation for the first reading in the House of Representatives.
Shawki said in a statement to / scales News / "There is in the House of Representatives old draft of the amnesty law and asked the prime minister not to work out and sent a new draft now reached House Speaker Salim al".
He added that "the Presidency forwarded the draft amnesty law to the Legal Committee which in turn will meet in the first of next July to study law and presented for the first reading in the House of Representatives and adjusted according to the authority of the council."
He noted that "there is a rejection of the Federation of national powers to the new draft law Aazin reason that there are a lot of sentences against convicted terrorist issues came upon a complaint of malicious or informant secret, demanding the re-trial of convicted", a candidate that this proposal will ensure and be discussed in the Parliament ".
