Oil rises bet with dealers in the capital markets on higher prices

Agencies - Oil prices rose in early Asian trade on Monday after a strong session on Friday at a time when traders in the financial markets increased their bets on rising oil prices amid a slowdown in drilling operations in the United States.
Rose contracts of Brent crude prices to the nearest month maturity of 18 cents to $ 58.05 a barrel by 0106 GMT.
US crude rose nine cents to $ 51.73
