The member of the Finance Committee and the representative of the parliamentary / coalition in Iraq / Ahmed electrodes, on the government to exploit the Dblomaseadtha to negotiate with foreign countries which put pressure on Iraq to pay debts incurred for the purpose of it be reduced or written off, stressing that this debt will affect the annual State budget.


The electrodes in a press statement on Tuesday: The government should use foreign diplomacy in the understanding and negotiation with the countries to which Iraq owes them, their reduction or elimination of, or postpone the payment of debts due from him.


And that this debt will affect largely on the annual state budget because it takes a large part of which constitutes a burden on the budget and increase its annual deficit, noting that the budget law gives the proportion of the state budget to pay Iraq's foreign debts.
The electrodes: that Iraq today is in dire need for these amounts because it is undergoing reconstruction and construction.


A member of the parliamentary Finance Committee on the inability of Iraq to act against countries that impose pressure against the payment of debts and had no solution either pay for them.


He stated that the parliamentary Finance Committee each year to approve the annual budget for Iraq and specialization (5%) for the payment of external debt which, including the compensation of Kuwait.

The financial control of Iraq confirmed that Iraq's foreign debt of more than (68) billion dollars.
