Speaker announced Saleem al-Jubouri, his intention to ask the province of Diyala file in the next three presidencies meeting to discuss solutions to all the problems that hinder the return of displaced persons to their homes.

He stressed "the need to overcome all the problems that hinder the return of IDPs to their homes", calling on the Council of Ministers to "mobilize the energies of service and humanitarian aid for infrastructure and create the appropriate atmosphere for the return of displaced persons and the provision of services to their areas."
He said al-Jubouri said that "to expedite the resolution of keeping the liberated territories file will be an important factor in the stability of these areas and ensure the prevention of recurrence of the above, which we are working in coordination with the concerned authorities."
