Maliki's Government earlier predicted oil agreement with kurdistan to deliver 100,000 barrels a day of oil in Kurdistan in Exchange for delivery of Federal Government $ 2 billion for the region..

Revealed documents issued by the Ministry of oil/oil in the Government of former Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki called the Kurdistan processed b (100,000) barrels of oil for delivery of the Government's $ 2 billion.
Indicated document No. 52307 on 19/05/2014, entitled the Ministry of natural resources/the Kurdistan Ministry of oil/oil processing volume of 100,000 barrels.
In another document showed a number x/54 on 27/3/2014 issued from the North oil company is also entitled to the Ministry of natural resources, for the approval of the Ministry of oil, the Federal Government of former Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, which illustrated the quantities and how to move through the fields and pipelines are pumping 50 barrels from the tawke field through tawke, system and (50) thousand barrels of TEQ wekhormalh fields.
Another document said the number was 569 on 3/4/2014 issued by the Ministry of natural resources in Kurdistan and entitled to a NOC in the Federal Oil Ministry, the full details of how to start pumping oil agreed with Baghdad.
