International Organization for Migration to intensify its efforts in the area of support and relief to the displaced
House Speaker Dr. Salim al-Jubouri, received in his office, on Tuesday, President of the International Organization for Migration mission in Iraq, d. Thomas Lewis and his accompanying delegation. President al-Jubouri and heard at the beginning of the meeting, a detailed explanation of the delegation visiting the nature of the work of the organization and its activities over the past period, especially with regard to support displaced families, where the sovereignty and stressed the need for the organization to make its best efforts to keep up with the actual need for the displaced, especially in the current circumstances. Mr. President of the Council also called for greater coordination between the organization and the relevant authorities for the purpose of providing immediate and necessary assistance to those families. The meeting was attended by Mr. Raad Aldhlki chairman of the parliamentary Displacement and Migration in addition to a number of members of the Board.
