Iraqi government confirms that the United Nations stressed the need to migrate organization created by the end of 2011

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, on Monday, a representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in the country constitute the basis on which, as he emphasized that the latter stressed the need to apply the decision of the Council of Ministers on deporting Ashraf residents out of Iraq by the end of this year.

Maliki said in a statement issued by his office has received "Alsumaria News", a copy of it, that on the sidelines of a meeting in his official office of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Ad Melkert at the end of his mission, that "your work is the basis on which those who come after you," and expressed about "thanks to the efforts made by the Mlkrt during the performance of his duties in Iraq."

It is noteworthy that Adrianus Petrus Wilhelmus Melkert, born in the Dutch city of Khaoda appointed a special envoy of the United Nations in Iraq in the seventh of July 2009.

The statement emphasized that Melkert "renewed support of the United Nations for Iraq to reach solutions to all outstanding problems related to the work of the United Nations, particularly the issue of Camp Ashraf," stressing that "the latter stressed the need to apply the decision of the Council of Ministers on deporting people camp out of Iraq by the end of this year," According to the statement.

The statement added that "Melkert called on the Prime Minister to visit United Nations Headquarters in New York, said he got a lot of progress and achievements in Iraq, and there is a need to display."

It seems that the file of Camp Ashraf, in way to the discount after the release of the Iraqi government decision to end the Organization's presence in the country before the end of the year as a terrorist organization and took part of killing Iraqis, and reinforced the decision the latest announced by the Iraqi Ministry of Defense provided for the formation of a committee to investigate the riots witnessed by the Camp Ashraf end Last week, while expressing doubts about the ministry to be the organization used the riots to kill some of its supporters who wanted to leave the camp.

The Mujahedeen-e Khalq (People) was founded in 1965 to overthrow the Shah of Iran, after the Islamic revolution in 1979 opposed the Islamic regime, and took refuge in many of its members to Iraq in the eighties during the war between Iran and Iraq from 1980 to 1988, the organization considers the armed wing of the National Council of Resistance in Iran, based in France, but announced it renounced violence in June 2001.
