National Alliance MP expects approving the federal budget next week

BAGHDAD / NINA / MP, of the Iraqi National Alliance, Amir Al-Fayez expected the adoption of the federal budget in the next week.
Fayez said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that "the second reading of the budget and final approval will be within the next week," adding that "the Iraqi National Alliance will resort to a vote and approve the federal budget by majority if it does not pass next week."
He pointed out that, the Kurdistan Regional Government's approval to export its oil through SOMO is a step on the right path and will facilitate the adoption of the budget in the nearest time. "
The House of Representatives has ended, last Sunday, the first reading of the draft law on the federal budget for 2014 in the absence of the Kurdistan and Muttahidoon MPs.
It also the House of Representatives did not specify in its final session on last Wednesday, the date to hold its next meeting.
