Erbil / NINA / PM of the Kurdistan Region Government Nachervan Barzani confirmed on Friday the Region desire to tackle the problems with Baghdad through dialogue, understanding and under the Constitution.
Barzani expressed, during a meeting with South Korean Ambassador to Iraq Kim Hyunc Myunc marking the end of his mission, hope to hold elections on time to be a new basis for a government expresses all components of federal Iraq and ensure the constitutional rights for all .
He expressed, according to a statement by the Kurdistan Regional Government, the Regional government 's desire to expand the level of relations with South Korea , and to benefit from its successful experience, especially in the areas of scientific, educational and developing the human, educational, industrial and agricultural capabilities.
