Legal: delayed adoption of the budget caused by overlapping legislative chapters

Baghdad/Al baghdadia news.Legal expert Tara House delay endorsing the federal budget for 2013 led to overlapping legislative chapters in Parliament.
Al-Ibadi said in a press release received/baghdadia news "Parliament annual session two legislative orders begins March 1 and ends in June, while the second begins in September and ends in December of every year," Noting that "failure to pass the budget would lead to an imbalance in the special legislative chapters and had only four days left to start the first legislative term, is the emergence of a clear violation of article 22, paragraph 1 of the rules of procedure of the Chamber of Deputies.
"All the political blocs in the Chamber of deputies would be responsible for the interference delayed adoption of the general budget of the State, which would cause confusion in the work of the various State joints"
He is scheduled Monday to vote on the State budget in the House of representatives, which is uncertain because of differences among political blocs on many points of the budget.
