The National Alliance's statement, on Monday, that Iraqi list took the decision to boycott the Parliament session due to "failure to reach a solution on the demands of the demonstrators, while Iraq said it will hold an expanded meeting tomorrow before the Parliament session to determine participation in the or sections.
He said the National Alliance Hussein almerapi, in an interview with the (range), that "we have received reports of existing Iraqi province tomorrow in the House of representatives, because of failure to agree on demands of the demonstrators so far which try to pass through laws on the agenda".
Almerapi, added that "Parliament has used the proposed laws to settle scores because they are far from SOA projects", calling for the "pass important laws that serve citizens."
For his part, said Iraqi Deputy Talal Al-zawbai on (press term), that "Iraqi list will participate Tuesday in Parliament but that is subject to the approval of the final version of the law on general amnesty".
Iraqi Al-zawbai, said "there will be a meeting before determining its position on the amnesty law and generally meeting", adding "if we fail to contribute to reversing the political process, we would not be false to view the process leading to the destruction of our people."
And between Al-zawbai, "the lesson is not to issue the amnesty law and does not come out of a can and keep violations, arrests, detective," he said, adding that "Iraq will be briefed tomorrow on the amnesty law of the legal Committee in its current form and if you find it climb to a minimum in the interests of the people we are with him but if an empty law content, we will not be a tool to hurt our people."
The Presidency of the Council of representatives of Iraq lifted, Monday (14 January 2013), the sixth meeting of the Parliament of the second legislative term of the third year of 22 of January, after postponing the vote on the Federal Court and legal amnesty, Minister of youth and sports in absentia, and finish the second reading of the law determining the mandate of the three presidencies.
The legal Committee is mandated in Council amendments to the amnesty bill, after objections by the State of law coalition that boycotted parliamentary sessions in which to vote, and the State of law coalition described those meetings as containing "time bombs", in reference to laws which modify the demonstrators.
And the application of the amnesty law of the demonstrations by demands from Al-Anbar province on the 21 December 2012, to Salahuddin, Diyala, Ninawa and Kirkuk, to protest the arrest of protect Iraq and the policy of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, which evolved later to ins open.
Heads of parliamentary blocs agreed during a meeting, in 2012, the Parliament, led by speaker of the House of Osama's miniature Committee comprising representatives of Haider Mulla Amir Fahad and Khaled Mohsen in Tikrit and Hassan to consider the differences on the amnesty law.
The Iraqi Council of representatives for most of the time to vote on the amnesty laws and Federal Court because of political disagreements on some of their clauses, most recently in January 2013.
