Baghdad (news) .. Cabinet decided at its session today to withdraw the draft law on political parties of the House of Representatives for discussion in the Council of Ministers with the Parliamentary Legal Committee on the amendments made by this and raise the project in its final form to the House of Representatives.
According to a statement: the government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh: The Council of Ministers instructed the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs withdrew the draft law on political parties from the House floor in the Council of Ministers with the Parliamentary Legal on the amendments made by this and raise the project in its final form to the House of Representatives.

He added: The Council agreed that Iraqi Airways to buy aircraft type Boeing (B777-200) from Boeing in the amount of (139.750.000) dollars and agree to lend to Iraqi Airways amount of (70) million from the banks and the Ministry of Finance ( Mesopotamia, the good, the Trade Bank of Iraq) and interest guaranteed by the Ministry of Finance.
The statement pointed out: that the Board agreed to submit a bill to the House of Representatives three materials, the first foreclose on Iraqi changing nationality for any reason, and the second to Iraq, which forced the former to change nationality the right to recover their nationality under the action before the competent court, and the third cancellation Command Council dissolved Revolution No. (850) for the year 1988 and any decisions inconsistent with the provisions of this law.

The Council agreed to grant employees in occupations that offer workers to radiation hazards allocations (20%) of their salaries nominal basis of Article 15 of the Law of the salaries of state employees and public sector No. 22 for the year 2011 should not exceed allocations occupational hazards including radiation hazards in any case for 50% of the nominal salary.

The Cabinet decided to evaluate the work of the committee formed under the Cabinet decision No. 162 of 2012 on the study of the phenomenon of repeated dust storms and the formation of a committee headed by a deputy prime minister and member ministers of agriculture, science and technology, the environment and water resources, transportation and State for Provincial Affairs and Chairman of the advisers, and the Council has an executive committee based Secretariat General of scientists and specialists and heads of relevant departments in the ministries.

The Council approved the redeployment of surplus fixed assets belonging to Property Claims Commission after the completion of the integration of its branches and donated to the Integrity Commission based on the provisions of Article 5 / c of the Implementing Regulations of the federal budget for the year 2012.

As the Cabinet approved a draft law the First Amendment to the law of service and military retirement No. 3 for the year 2010 and forwarded to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of articles (61 / I and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution.

The Council agreed that the Office of the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs approached the House of Representatives to be notified to wait in traffic procedures enactment of a law first amendment to the law regulating the work of the Agency of Commerce No. 51 of 2000. And referral above-mentioned bill submitted by the Ministry of Commerce to the State Council for auditing and then display again on the Council of Ministers.
