He pointed out that "this decline also came after measures to curb bank of forging documents submitted to banks and currency smuggling and selling of currency brokers or smugglers."
He added that the "bank check of the selling price in local currency markets, where it was selling at 1198 dinars to the dollar compared to 1196 to buy."
Turkish and continued that "the central bank undertakes for the Iraqi people that he would continue to open foreign currency outlets for citizens through the banks advertised and he will work to maintain the stability of the markets and prevent the smuggling of the dollar abroad."
