GARMIYAN, Sept.14 (AKnews)- Due to a violation, a construction company in Kalar (center of disputed Garmiyan area) is penalized with construction of 150 housing units, half of them will be distributed to the poor families for free and the purchasers of the other half will pay the dues in installments for 10 years.
The decision against Waylan Compnay for Construction was made by a committee which proved the charges that the company is selling several housing units from the 1,080 units it's constructing for the project of New Kalar, said Yadgar Ali, spokesperson for Garmiyan Administration.
Ali added the company was making a "big" profit from selling the units before the completion of the project.
Garmiyan Investment Board, Garmiyan Administration and the related bodies have agreed to the decision against the company.
