BAGHDAD / Bri Center for the Iraqi Media Network - confirmed the parliamentary legal committee, said that the rules of procedure of the House of Representatives is not an obstacle to approval of important projects.
Committee member said Hassoun Fatlawi (Brief Center for IMN) "The rules of procedure of the House of Representatives Ayad constraint to pass important laws during the next phase." .
He added that "the political blocs agreed to pass important laws during the next phase and that the former rules of procedure of the House of Representatives is not a legal or regulatory problems."
The House of Representatives has revealed earlier legislation for more than 100 law legally incorporated about 50 at the second reading stage and disrupted political differences legislation some of the laws that have been completed drafting process by the committees.
