Prime Minister Nuri Kamal al-Maliki meets a gathering of tribal leaders and notables in the provinces of Anbar, Nineveh, Salahuddin and Diyala

Said Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki: Our goal is to build a strong and respectful to intervene in the affairs of others and does not allow interference in its affairs.
This came during the sovereignty of his office today, the official gathering of tribal leaders and notables in the provinces of Anbar, Nineveh, Salahuddin and Diyala.
Mr Prime Minister : I have suffered the Iraqi people from war and waste, and must combine efforts to provide better services to citizens and care segments affected, reiterated his support for the provinces and give them more powers, which do not conflict with the essential in the work of the central government.
He said: can not be the one to solve any problem on its own He called on everyone to take responsibility and work for the homeland and the citizen.
The Prime Minister: The demand for real today is the state of the citizen that respects the rights on the basis of citizenship and the Constitution, and that the national trend began to arise, and I am optimistic about this.
