Crossed the components in the province of Kirkuk, dissatisfaction of the remarks made by the Special Representative of the UN Martin Kobler on Article 140, asserting that it did not take place in consultation with the various components of the province, while stressing those who implement the provisions of Article in maintaining continuity in the implementation of the remainder of the article on the re- rights to those affected by the policies of the dictatorial regime.
